Is it too early to use this GIF again?
Nah, I didn’t think so either. Two days ago, Netflix announced its schedule and lineup for many Netflix Originals, which we already know I love. I think part of the reason I love them is that all the episodes come out at once and that’s perfect for a binge watcher such as myself. This is great news and it is good to know when to expect some fan favorites. Here is the full list with release dates.
• Love (Feb. 19)
• Fuller House (Feb. 26)
• House of Cards (March 4)
• Flaked (March 11)
• The Ranch (April 1)
• Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt (April 15)
• Marseilles (May 5)
• Grace and Frankie (May 6)
• Orange Is the New Black (June 17)
• Stranger Things (July 15)
• The Get Down (Aug. 12)
I am personally looking forward to the following:
I know, I know it’s lame but I want to at least see what they do with it.
Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt
I cannot wait to get more of Titus Andromeddon and Kimmy Schmidt. The first season was delightful to watch and really entertaining.
Grace and Frankie
The first season of this was funny and I love Lily Tomlin, so there’s that. Everyone else was really good as well. It’s rare to see such a fresh show about older people.
Orange is the New Black
Because duh…plus I really want to see what happens when they get caught out there in the lake. I want to see where Poussey and Soso’s relationship goes. The whole season they were both lonely and I have no idea why they didn’t start up sooner.
The Get Down
This one is described by Netflix as “a mythic saga of how New York at the brink of bankruptcy gave birth to hip-hop, punk and disco — told through the lives and music of the South Bronx kids who changed the city, and the world…forever.”
Finally we got exciting news that Jessica Jones will be back for a second season! Whew! Jessica Jones is a hot mess of a person and I will write lots more about that in my review of the show.
Normally I would also be looking forward to House of Cards but I fell asleep on Season 3. Did anyone watch it? If so, how was it?
